Quick figure practice

Just a quickie inbetween the mountain of homework I have. I was trying to go for the oversaturated and economizing on brush strokes. I dont know if it was a success? I guess I got the idea. I desaturated it a bit and it's not half bad actually, dont know...ugh!

ultra-fast sketch dump

these are 10-15 min sketches. I feel I have a decent control with the pencil/pen, but with a stylus? a small fish swimming with sharks, that's what I am. So here you go, trial and error.

Managed to scan these on my tiny regular scanner. The first three are all 11x17, and were done around a week or two after my car accident. You can tell, by the shitty quality. Honestly, I have no idea what I was thinking, I could've fix them, but I'm done with them, moved onto better (or not) things.

Aguila Roja (Red Eagle) Think Zorro mixed with Assassin's Creed with martial arts skills, set in the 17th century Spain.

I cant excuse myself on this one. The anatomy and perspective are way off. Blagh.

Sketchbook

This was off a video clip of a woman throwing a sheet around. I paused it in selected frames and gave myself between 1-3 minutes before letting it play again. It was a good speed exercise, which I need more practice on.

A bit more progress on the Ursula redesign. Made a tighter pencil sketch to get a better grip on this. I sorta messed up on the perspective of the tentacle on the left, but I'll fix that up once I get on the coloring stage.
